I called back the agency and they were unwilling to help me, unwilling to let me speak with a manager, and kept telling me to call the airline instead. When I originally bought the ticket the flight was scheduled to depart at 9pm, I live in Philly so I bought my bus ticket believing the flight was still 9pm because that was what was on the agency’s website.
